1. What is the best method of carpet cleaning?
According to the world’s largest carpet manufacturers ( DuPont and Shaw Industries) recommend hot water extraction to clean all carpets. In fact, each and every carpet manufacturer recomend the same type of carpet cleaning as recommended by the largest carpet manufacturers.

2. How long does it take to dry after deep steam cleaning?
There are different drying times, including humidity, room temperature, air ventilations and area size. Gernerally, it takes 3 to 12 hours to dry properly. Winter and summer time is almost the same. Carpet can be dry faster and quickly with our special drying unit.

3. Won’t hot water extraction ruin my carpet?
No! Grit, stains and sand ruin your carpets. Regular carpet cleaning, sanitizing, Protection treatment and more ofter vacuuming will prolong the life of your carpet and save your investments.

Certified technicians have attended a training school, including cleaning and restoration of carpets. A technician must pass written examinations to become a certified technician. This examination is conducted by the IICRC, the Institute of Inspection, cleaning and Restoration Certification. A certified technician assures a high quality cleaning services to the customer.
